Formula
Blended cost per hour = Σ (Share of hours_i × Loaded cost per hour_i); Total cost = Blended cost × Total hours
Worked example
A 30 / 50 / 20 delivery mix over 1,000 hours
The blended cost is weighted by hours, not a simple average.

The formula
Blended cost per hour = Σ (Share of hours_i × Loaded cost per hour_i); Total cost = Blended cost × Total hours
- w_i — Share of hours at level i
- (%). Percentage of total hours worked at that level.
- c_i — Loaded cost per hour at level i
- (currency/h). Employer cost per hour at that level.

- (h). Hours across all levels.
